Ans: Street Light Health Care Virtual Centre is NOT providing any type of emergency service online.

Q. How I will get a prescription?

Ans:

  1. Once you complete the consultation, your concerned doctor will prepare the prescription and send it to your registered email or you may download it from the Street Light portal. (WA?)
  2. If you get the treatment through “Street Light” Community Centre, you will get a hard copy of the prescription.

Q. Is the consultation and services legally approved?

Ans:It is legally approved under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare under the supervision of Medical Council of India (MCI).

Q. What are the advantages of telehealth and Telemedicine?

Ans:

  1. Save the time and cost of the travel and waiting time.
  2. It is easy, secure, and user friendly.
  3. You will get more privacy and confidence to communicate with the doctor/counsellor/health educator.

Q. Is it compatible with mobile?

Ans: Yes, it is compatible with android mobile, and laptops.

Q. How can I share my medical reports with the doctor?

Ans: Once you register for Street Light teleconsultation, you will get a patient ID and password. You can upload your medical reports to your registered account.

Q. What is the limitation of telehealth?

Ans: As the online service is dependent on internet, the quality of the internet connectivity can affect both ends.

Q. Which are the kinds of medicines I can get through the Street Light Telehealth portal?

Ans: The categories of medicine will be notified in consultation with the Central Government of India.
